Port forwarding issues.

I port forwarded port 10752 over the online tool. Whenever I use the port listening tool, the port shows up as open. but whenever I run my minecraft server on that port the port shows up as closed. I did everything I could including messing with the server settings and trying multiple ports. but all I get is error 110: connection timed out.

When the port checking page shows a green light, it means the issue is related to your application.

Some applications do not allow to freely specify any port. You should probably ask for support on their

communities regarding this problem.
