Connects but stops working

Hi all

I am having issue with both clients AirVPN and OpenVPN

Now it connects fine but after 3 to 4 mins just stops working even when it says it's still connected.

Web pages just stop loading and I have to disconnect.

Works fine on android device so must be something on my laptop

I am running win 8.1 with TAP windows adaptor V9

Can someone help me troubleshoot this to get it working?
