connection to Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.beagle.com.au timed out

When trying to send email using Thunderbird I get a:

"connection to Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.beagle.com.au timed out." error.  

 

I'm using Win 7,  port 587 , Encrypted Password Authentication, no Connection Security, and my Outgoing Server is smtp.beagle.com.au.

 

What do I need to configure to be able to send email?

I confirm this, looks like its client problem, because when I start connect to other locations/servers except usual sweden servers, it starts work (I'm too using Thunderbird and faced today with described problem). Now I'm on some of NL server.

Tried the Opera email client and it also doesn't connect to smtp.beagle.com.au. No error message.  Long ago I used to be able to send email with Thunderbird,  obviously something has changed.
