Speed of AirVPN drops to 0B/s while connected to servers (Macbook Pro)

When connected to a Server my speed drops down to 0B/s for either Upload, Download, and mostly Both. Don't know whether this is a fault via my School Campus or the VPN itself.

I've been using SSH Tunnel port 53.

These random speed drops produce no log entries however logs are included below

SSL on TCP port 443 should work better in such places.

Yes except when I try using SSL on TCP port 443 it will disconnect and restart over and over again.

Logs below. Any suggestions? I think that the IT dept. in my campus have blocked it somehow.
