AIRVPN dropping due to "fatal error"

Hi all;  I have searched, read and tried the solutions for others who have posted about their vpn dropping but none of it has worked for me.  For me vpn is dropping when I am connected to a page and clicking on a link; for example on a page that links to Youtube, the page connectionw will spin, nothing will happen, and then VPN will drop.  This has been ongoing now for over a month and is frustrating.  The log is saying that a fatal error has occurred.  I have uninstalled and reinstall AIRVPN and TAP but still no joy. 

 

The errors can be found at 11:01:15 and 11:30:19 of the log for today, before I uninstalled and tried again, same error.  Perhaps it is a ping thing, but I cannot find a config file for setting pings, or for letting the firewall allow a ping through that was recommended by others.

 

My system:  Win8.1 64bit, 8gb ram.

Using AIRVPN 2.10.3 without OPENVPN installed

 

 

***And it happened once again today as soon as I connect as per second log***

Try downgrading your TAP driver.

Will do, thanks.  I read about guys downgrading their TAP but didn't think it applied for this problem.  Hope it works.
