Connecting then immediately disconecting

Hi i recently got airvpn and it worked fine for the first day or so but now it connects and then immediately disconnects no mater what server i try to coronet with and i've not touched any of the setting at all. Am i doing something wrong?? can i get any help please

I can fix the problem by resetting my computer but resting my computer every time i want to reconnect to airvpn is getting kind of old. what is the process name for airvpn so i can manually shut it off through task manager?
