Command line VPN tunnel exclusion

Is their a way to configure my server so that it only goes through the VPN tunnel on a certain port and all other ports are outside of it.

Im trying to get it so that my website is through the VPN tunnel but ssh ect is not.

In case your wondering I'm not listening on port 80 and I have the DDNS on the same port that in listening on so that's how I'm accessing it.

EDIT: Forgot to mention I'm using Ubuntu no GUI and openvpn.
