Connection problems - Transmission on BananaPi

Hello, I have BananaPi computer with Transmission installed on it. I've generated conf file through the website and connect by OpenVPN. I have torrents that are connected to tracker, connected to peers but not sending data to them. This issue exists on different trackers and countries of server. In addition the speeds are not very impressive but CPU on BananaPi is not very loaded (20-40%). I think that I have badly configured VPN on BananaPi but I don't know where to find now. I checked several possibilities and nothing helps. Port is opened when I test it by Transmission. Download speed is max 1/3 of bandwidth. I know that I can't have 100%, but it's too low, I think.
