YouTube stopped using it some time ago. HTML5 is the default "player" now. Quote Hide OpenSourcerer's signature Hide all signatures NOT AN AIRVPN TEAM MEMBER. USE TICKETS FOR PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT. I am not saying to violate their copyright but something similar to flash player like example VLC player but plugin for firefox that can play youtube videos. When I use their HTML5 player my DTS processor working on single channel, but that's not why I ask for just something that prevent info leak. Quote Share this post Link to post
OpenSourcerer 1435 Posted ... A VLC plugin for Firefox does exist and is installed with VLC on Windows, actually. It's superfluous since Firefox can play all web video formats itself. Don't know what you mean with info leak. You can disable HTML5 and enable the VLC plugin. VLC can play YouTube videos and can even handle YouTube playlist, though I can't remember whether a plugin is needed for this. cm0s, there are Firefox plugins for this. try Flash and Video Download. You just select the quality and format and it downloads it with the browser's download manager directly. Far better than any third party tool. Casper31 73 Posted ... had use code coz some reason 'not an image' error when pasting... there are other url tricks you can do some work some don't like using the 'embed' or the /v/ however to really enjoy any vid it's just a lot easier for me to find the vid's source from the youtube server and down the vid bypass age restriction example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VCA-blahblah make it like this: http://www.nsfwyoutube.com/watch?v=VCA-blahblah from there you can either download the vid if ya want or get the video source via http://www.clipconverter.cc/ http://dirpy.com/ http://www.youtubeinmp4.com there are many others online some have bunch of ad crap i tried to find ya the cleanest ones, idea is you either want to download your vid or view it vlc from the youtube server direct better quality usually no ads, but i tend to just down the vid coz that way when i pause it and come back i don't mess up the buffer here's vid link source example this was age restricted so i goofed the url up so it's a fake same as above right click copy link location either from video window or download button: http://www.youtubeinmp4.com/redirect.php?video=VCA-blahblah=lrlOZ1kIm1CRWI316GBy%2BWoSzsLet%2B0YOkWkZvissyA%3D hope this helps sincerely, cm0s Thanks for the tips. These url`s makes life a little easier . For me clipconverter is the best.So far i downloaded the raw versions from youtube etc via Vlc.No bad either.Gr,Casper Quote Share this post Link to post
