Is using AirVPN under public school wifi considered a felony under US law?

i find this thread funny, anyone attending any school does not read any of this crap and just click ok to get interwebs, use the damn vpn, they can't see what your doing (using HTTPS/443) 

 

Now if you setup a bit torrent server and start to have 100;s of GB's of data the school will notice
