Cant download the Air VPN client

Hi im trying to access the client by downloading it, but when i go to open it, it just sits in the task bar and doesnt do anything when i click on it. Its a grey color, in comparison to the normal sky blue colored logo. I've tried re-downloading 5 times.

1. Try launching with admin privileges.

2. Check if you downloaded the right version for your Windows version.

If you are running an antivirus, temporarily disable it.

If you downloaded a 64-bit version, try 32-bit.

If you downloaded the install version, try the portable.

Do you only have this issue with airvpns client?

 

Also im assuming your using windows right?
