Hello. Just today I paid for the subscription again and couldn't connect to any server at all. Everything goes as usual until the moment of "checking route". After some time the connection automatically terminates and tries to restart itself but fails. Here are the logs:

What is this???

Either re-install the eddie client or downgrade the Tap Adapter?

There are some complaints that Tap Adapter 9.21 is responsible for some connection problems.

In the forums, there are articles pertaining to Windows 10 and the eddie client.

The route check times out, Mr. LastChance. And no, I didn't use a translator. I just can read, write and speak Russian.

Mr. Rolland34, try disabling the route check in Preferences > Advanced. Then try a connection, after which you browse to ipleak.net and verify that it's working.

I think you didn't read the whole post. I said I had tried disabling this feature and it didn't help.

About this crash: did it on purpose. Had to shut down the program to use it again(during checking route sometimes it is impossible to use as usual). Besides, I tried to reinstall it . Didn't help too.  But I think it might be connected with OpenVpn. Some time ago installed TunnelBear and it asked me to make changes in OpenVpn, which I approved. Maybe somehow I should reinstall OpenVpn?(although not sure how to do it completely)

Tried to. But unfortunately I couldn't. While downgrading  TAP driver an error occured: "an error occurred installing the TAP device driver", and after that in Device Manager an unknown device appeared. I tried to find drivers to this device manually and used the folder where the TAP driver is installed. The result is the same-failure    Do you know what the problem is?

Followed each step and again the same problem "an error occurred installing the TAP device driver". The hope is fading, I am afraid. :(Any other options?

Well, the problem is solved. Updated the windows to the newest version and still couldn't install the old driver. (The same problem) But airvpn client downloaded the latest version and I got connected. Finally!
