Is it possible to access AirVPN on non-admin Windows computers?

Hello, i wanted to ask the AirVPN community, is it possible to access AirVPN servers on a machine that you do not have admin permissions, such  as a library or workplace?

You can make a USB stick with Tails OS on it and reboot the public computer into Tails.  Might catch some attention that way though.

I suppose you could install CHNTPW onto a USB stick, boot into it, and use that to give your user admin privileges.
