zhang888 1066 Posted ... This is a very theoretical question, as it largely depends on the site and the skills of theadmins that run it. Major companies like Netflix are trying to block VPNs but so far withonly partial success. There is no way to do it in 100% of the times. You have a few options, either post the website here and some members might check it,or you can connect to some less used AirVPN nodes (Latvia,Hong Kong, Spain) etc andtry on your own. Again, your question is not very clear - there is no such thing as "Provider X allows a serviceto see if it's a VPN or not". There is nothing in the network packets that tells a connectionis a VPN one or not, this largely matters upon what is written in the NETRANGE prefix andhow the various service treat it. For example, I don't like that fact that more than 80% ofthe Netherlands servers put AirVPN as the SWIP data in the IP records. This is great for lightabuse handling and handing-over, but terrible for visiting services that datamine the IPv4 addressspace for potential shared devices. This might mean very soon some services will know that thoseranges are related to a VPN service. But other ranges should be probably fine for now. Guest Posted ... Hi guys,is it possible to hide the use of VPN on https://alldebrid.com ?I tried switching servers, but that doesn't work (or maybe I didn't tried the right one). Use one of the latvian servers, as always they use the general IP database lookup, if the IP is set as a server they think you use a VPN but the latvian servers are all set as Residential. Guest Posted ... Thank you, it works How do I know if server is Residential or not? Well 99% of servers is not Residential so it doesn't matter much, with AirVPN it is only the Latvian servers. But with non-AirVPN servers you can check it on ipleak.net Quote Share this post Link to post
