NCAA geoblocked

Hi, I am connected to a Swedish server and I am trying to access:

 

http://www.ncaa.com/march-madness-live/game/219?iid=mml2015_scoring_widget

 

but it shows as blocked. Can it be fixed?

For the record, the american servers seem to work so it may be an issue of setting the European servers to hop with cbs
