I have read some threads in this forum about the connections made from AirVPN to Amazon ec2.....compute.amazonaws.com and in my tests they are directed to port 80 (http) in all servers. I read the answer in this forum and that it was about a "dns problem", but sending a question to AirVPN Support they tell me it's about the frontend servers AirVPN has inside Amazon infrastructure and the client communicating with it, even inside the VPN, to make sure to download a manifest file bypassing any possible block.I see these communications are following a period of 30 minutes, so... is this normal?, and why in Amazon and not in other servers?
