As I understand OpenVPN over SSL/SSH, these modes are supposed to encapsulate the packets to hide from ISP fingerprinting identifying the OpenVPN protocol in countries like China that block or throttle traffic.

​However, according to https://www.browserleaks.com/whois TCP/IP stack OS Fingerprinting is still showing the OpenVPN protocol for the connection.
