So I ended up paying twice for the service but that was not airVPNs problem that was mine for being an idiot.

 

After getting a refund my account was suspended and I could not use it but as soon as I started a ticket they got back to be within 45min after fully explaining my issue they instantly unsuspended my account and gave me a free month of premium which was really nice.

 

I just wanna point out though for some reason opening a ticket with sales did literally nothing were as with support it went through. Not really sure why that is...

 

Anyway great support!
