ipleak.net: Latency/timings very high

Ipleak.net for the past week or so seems to be suffering very badly with regards to speed. Other pinging sites, such as this can't even manage to create a connection in a suitable time frame.

 

If I manually ping and or run a traceroute to the site, it fails after awhile due to not being able to make a connection/resolving.
