How to install AirVPN Client on Ubuntu Mate + Raspberry Pi 2 ?

Recommended Posts

Setup Raspberry Pi 2 + Ubuntu Mate 15.10.

I tried installing client debian package. All goes well. However the VPN client does not start. It crashes during launch.

Is there a fix or workaround to use AirVpn on Rpi?

I have the same problem with the launch on rapbian. You can download the vpn config and use it in terminal, if you go with this route be sure to check for any dns leaks which might occur during the session.

Same problem here. I've settled for connecting to openvpn via terminal with the AirVpn config files and using firestarter as a network lock. It's really not as convenient as the native client. Hopefully someone comes up with a solution soon.

AirVPN client will not run on Pi, it is not x86. Openvpn however can be used,

I am trying with it myself, successfully so far. Just have not got it running using osmc automatically as yet. I have limited time I can try so its bit by bit almost literally
