Can't see latency, not connecting

So after a long break from AirVPN I signed back up I use to use it on Windows 7 I am not on Windows 10 64bit

 

I can't connect to anything, if I do connect it takes a long time and is very slow, I also can't see any latency being shown so I do not know which server is the fastest for me

 

I do not remember having this problem when I use to use it and I am stuck, any help would be appreciated...

I had this problem one time. I never determined what caused it, but a simple reboot fixed it for me.
