Errors: OpenVPN Not Found and Driver can't be installed (photos) in Windows XP

Hello,

 

My sister purchased 1 year of AirVPN 1-2 months ago. She's running it on Windows XP and connects usually to Spanish servers

 

Sometimes and randomly the error "Driver can't be installed" pop ups, disconnecting the VPN

 

Also the error when she tries to run AirVPN: "OpenVPN Not Found"

 

There's any fix for this? Any information is welcome

Uninstall Eddie, OpenVPN and the driver (via Device Manager) completely, maybe using Revo Uninstaller, then download and install Eddie for Windows XP again.
