serenacat 83 Posted ... Did a search for "timezone" in Forums, but surprised not already a topic. The "News and Announcement" summary pages has:"Immediate, emergency maintenance on all serversStarted by Staff, Yesterday, 12:08 PM"When I log in and display the page it says:"Started by Staff, Yesterday, 11:08 PM"When I read the notice, it mentions:"Upgrade is starting at 13.10 CET" as if about to happen"So I am in the Australia/NSW/Summer UTC+11 timezone wondering what is when there is where ?;-)Perhaps it would be better for a global website to just use UTC, and note it explicitly, "Z" is a short convention, using 24 hour clock. Many VPN users are unlikely to be scared off by a bit of techo-geek-ish, and can convert UTC to their own local time.
