AsusWRT, no "VPN Client" option available

I would like to setup OpenVPN on Asus router (RT-N14U), but there is no "VPN Client" option available in AsusWRT. Are there any workarounds, or am I better just purchasing a different model?

Just flash Merlin onto it or some other DD-WRT or Tomato build and it's easy peasy.  There are some really easy straightforward guides.  Those routers are so cool that you can load it onto a USB and plug it directly in and update it to the new build in less than 5 minutes.
