accessing transmision remotely behind airvpn

Hi all,

 

Can anyone tell me/show me a tutorial to access transmission remotely. I have it installed on my tomato router which is connecting to one of the airvpn servers. I seem to have gone around in circles for months. I'd just like to be able to add a torrent when I'm away from home and get it downloading while I'm away.
