Connection drops, modem restarts

I'm trying your VPN with a three day account. I want to switch from ExpressVPN.

 

Using Arch Linux, when I connect to one of your servers (tried a couple, also different ports) the connection slows down to zero and my modem reboots and enters a no-connection mode. Afterwards I need to restart the modem to regain a connection.

 

This happened when I tried using PIA VPN too. Switching to ExpressVPN solved any issues, but I would prefer to use your VPN since it's safer.

 

My ISP is UnityMedia/Kabel BW in Germany and they use DS-Lite I think. It doesn't make a difference if my router uses ipv6 or not (expressvpn always works regardless). I don't have an assigned IPv6 address though.

 

Any ideas?
