Can't connect to private VPS in Europe via America region VPN

I have a couple of private VPSes in Europe that until recently I have been able to connect to when connected to the America region VPN profile. As of the last couple of days I can only connect to only them when using either the Europe or Asia profiles. If I use the America region profile I get my connection timed out (SSH, web). The other two regions work just fine.

(I will send IP addresses privately to staff if needed)
