I think you will.  The SmartDNS deployment over AirVPN is the most advanced DNS service I've ever seen.  For example, if you are connected to a server in Canada or the US, you can still watch BBC iPlayer.  I'm sure many of the actual IP addresses on the US servers will get blocked by Netflix, but I bet the folks behind the scenes find a way around that pretty quickly, if it ever even affects us at all.

 

Some of the crappier VPN services will probably be devastated by this, but I don't see it making too much of a difference here.
