Are you using network lock? Are you using the Eddie client or another client? You haven't given us enough information to answer your question.

 

After answering those two questions, also answer these: What is exactly is going wrong? What are you trying to do that you aren't able to do?

No idea what OS you're on but it's honoured on the 3 linux distros running around me atm.
