Hi there,

 

this is a mistake in the geolocation database. (Probably MaxMind). Maybe the IP assigned to this particular server in Canada (Tegmen) once belonged to the IP range of the Seychelles.

 

Theres not much AIR can do about it. More important is that the server is physically located in Canada, what it most certainly is.
