metallah server ip is blacklisted

i really want to use this server located in PA . but when i connect to it and check on ,check2ip.com and whoer.net. the 

server ip is blacklisted from zen.spambaus.org.

 

is there any way to get a new clean ip from that same server in Pa.

From my expeirience, those "blacklists" have little to nothing to do with regular internet usage.

Unless you plan to use that server for spam, which is not a welcomed activity in any case.

 

The only thing that is changed recently is that Cloudflare annoys users with blacklisted IPs with captchas,

but that's tolerant. Usually one captcha is good to go for a few hours.
