IPTables Raspbian

Recommended Posts

I am setting up an always-on pi box running Raspbian and I was wondering if the network lock feature within the client makes changes which are (effectively) permanent to the machine's iptables until network lock is disabled.

Basically, I just want to ensure that there is no potential for leaks should the device reboot or in the case that the client crashes unexpectedly.

If my system crashes or resets unexpectedly with network lock on, nothing comes across on my network at all until I re-enable the VPN. To be clear though, I'm discussing a Windows 10 box.
