Utorrent on US servers not working

cant download or upload using Utorrent on US servers.

The IP's of the U.S. servers must be blocked by the trackers of the torrent is using. Which is why you cannot download torrent. From what I have heard the Canadian servers seem to work just fine with P2P traffic.

I have been using utorrent (ver. 3.4.5 build 41372 32 bit) successfully on the US server called Alkes, out of Los Angeles for the last 6 plus days. Today is 1-19-16. I use open vpn on my R6300V2 router.

I just use the servers in toronto.  I still get a 50ms ping, and never any issues.

I'm using AirVpn client for Windows. I've used Canadian servers with no problems. as of this  week i was able to use Utorrent on some U.S servers.
