all usa ip blacklisted

I just subscribed to premium today, and any usa server i connect to is detected as blacklisted. why is it so? isn't there any clean servers from usa?

Randomly checked Pavonis and it's seems fine.

Not sure what the OP means, but there is a low possibility of spam due to blocked outgoing port 25.

Which is the only port that is not allowed to use on all servers.

What exactly is telling you its blacklisted? Is there a site not working or something?
