Unable to find an open port

[xmodspawn 0]

So I run a Plex Server at work with airvpn and have been running just fine for the past few weeks. All of a sudden today when i woke up my port where no longer accessible. I've tried using over 20 other open ports but all I keep getting is error:110 , connection timed out, when doing the TCP Test.  Is anyone else experiencing similar problems? I already tried submitting a support ticket but no support staff has answered me yet.
