Cant config for mac!

Hi All,

 

I am new to this and cant config to mac, when i try to open the app for a country etc it says:

 

There is no application set to open the document “AirVPN_Europe_UDP-443.ovpn”.

Search the App Store for an application that can open this document, or choose an existing application on your computer.

 

Any ideas?

I would suggest using the AirVPN client instead of the openvpn files you downloaded. You can find the AirVPN client under the "Enter tab on the main page.

 

If you want to use the openvpn files then I would suggest purchasing an app called "Viscosity" it's a great app and only costs $9. However, I strongly reccomment using the AirVPN client it has a lot more features than any openvpn app and is more secure.

produs, the URL you linked will not help the OP, since it includes sources not OSX (Mach-o) binaries.

 

If you want to have a free option, you can install Tunnelblick from here:

https://tunnelblick.net

 

However, Viscosity is a much better option in terms of features, GUI and regular updates.

Eddie will be a good option if your only provider is AirVPN.
