Can't import config on Android

Hey guys I have a question. I want to set up VPN on my mobile phone. I have followed every step but I just can't import the config file. It keeps being grey in the list.

 

Can anyone help me? I can't find the same problem on the internet.

I have the same problem. Version 0.6.46 from the play store.
