Constantly disconnecting

In the last few months airvpn has started to disonnect a lot. It usually stays connected for 10min before it disonnects.

Can someone take a look at my log and tell me if they see something:

I changed protocols setting from 'automatic' to 'protocol TCP, port 80' and so far have had almost 3 hours without disconnecting once so that could be the answer. Is this an ISP issue?

I had a similar problem while torrenting and the solution was to try each protocol. I use SSH port 53 now and it doesnt disconnect.
