Checked Shaula,

http://beta.speedtest.net/result/4915479059

7.28 Mbps D
3.95 Mbps U

My connection is currently not the optimal for high speed tests, but this looks reasonable.

Before, when the 4 servers were actually on Balticom (AS24651) I remember the speeds were great

on all 4 LV servers. Then there was some change in the datacenter and all customers were "forced"

to accept new IPv4 addresses from 159.148.186.0/24 and move to LATNET single homing or leave.

AFAIK no customer was left on Balticoms 217.195.48.0/20.

So yes the peering became worse, not worse but single homed via LATNET with unknown SLA,

this might affect some performance...

Still, it's great to have 4 servers in such uncommon locations.

Okay, I tested on an institutional network and from there I got ️17.4/️24.6 Mbps so it's definitely a peering problem.
