Suggestion? Email when subscription is about to expire

Good day.

 

I admit, I haven't browsed the forums looking for an answer to this (or to anything; AirVPN worked the first time I installed it, and while speed is not super great, it's working ok, and I've been busy with other things).

 

So, my question is - As I recall, the last time my AirVPN subscription was about to expire (0 days left) I had not yet received an email to let me know. Is this normal? I expect an email when my subscription has about a week left to it, so I can renew in time, without having to create an appointment in my calendar to remind me...

 

That's it, any help appreciated.
