Blocked Torrent Sites

I the past I could connect to the Seedpeer torrent site on every occasion. Now this is impossible and when trying to connect to it my internet connection immediately fails

Not sure which one, or if both of them are the actual domain, but both of these are working as intended off the UK servers:
