They add new servers a lot, many servers that aren't used as much either.

Air is very good at keeping a nice mix.  Remember part of the advantage of a VPN is that you blend in.  You want to be on a server with 90-130 folks at the same time.  If you are on a server with 5 people you would lose a big advantage (blending in).  I am in an "internet rich" part of the global system and on Air servers with 100+ concurrent members my speeds totally rock.  Also, its amazingly rare that I have my connection to Air break.  I would know too, because my firewall has to be manually reset when it happens (my configuration choice).
