Anybody know where I can find the networks? http://i.imgur.com/0winS1x.png it keeps climbing and my OCD is getting triggered each time and it drives me crazy, checked anything with the word network couldn't seem to find it.

On previous Windows versions you could find it under "Network Connections" - try searching for it. Not sure if this is the case with 8/8.1/10 though.

yeah doesn't seem to be the case on network connections it's different than it was

Yes, but it's windows 8.1 not windows 10
