Huge upload speed

I keep getting huge upload speed that should be impossible for me and it breaks the connection to the server. I have to reconnected to another one but it keeps happening like every 5-10 minutes. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? This makes the vpn pretty much unusable. (It even happened while writing this post. Had to reconnect again.)

Happens to me too when I am connected to servers in the Netherlands. Switching to a different location normally works for me.
