Netherlands—keep landing on *very* slow servers recently

Isn't there supposed to be an algorithm that automatically connects us to the least-busy server among the set for each country? Yesterday & today, every time I connect to Netherlands, it is *very* slow, like 20 Kbps. So when I then promptly switch to Romania, I get full speed. Is the "leveling" algorithm broken? Or is something else going on?

I think it only goes by ping but I could be wrong.

I don't know what "it only goes by ping" means, but in any event, Netherlands is back up to speed now.

 

This happened last year, and AirVPN Management confirmed that there is a least-busy server connection alorithm in place, but it was broken at that time and quickly got fixed:

...so maybe the same thing happened this time, too.
