Plex Port Configuration?

Can someone pease help me get Plex setup for remote access? How do the ports need to be configured? I think I've tried everything. TIA

Setup a port forward on the AirVPN site. Pick a random port as the remote port and choose 32400 as the local port. You may have to enable both UDP and TCP as I've seen where doing so solved issues and other times it seemed to do nothing. Afterwards, select 'Manually Specify Port' in the Plex server settings and put in the remote port number you chose. Plex should then report your private IP/port and your public IP/port. Assuming you are behind a router that is.

Plex use TCP on port 32400, so UDP is not needed.
