dwright 25 Posted ... Hi, I had some trouble torrenting on Becrux. I use the Deluge client configured for two forwarded ports. When connected to Becrux, Deluge displays a message saying "No incoming connections!" and says it is connected to 0 DHT nodes. It can seed torrents but can't download. I tried another server and it worked as normal. Anyone else notice anything similar? Quote Share this post Link to post

I would recommend avoid torrening on Becrux if possible.Of course officially, Air supports all P2P activities on all servers, but if you want it to be alive for a longer time, it would be best not to use public trackers/DHT on it.The reason for it is that it's owner, FDCservers, is a U.S. based company that is very DMCA unfriendly.I will not be totally surprised to find out that FDC are doing something at their end as well. Last year they terminated a huge amount of seedboxes on their network. Quote Hide zhang888's signature Hide all signatures Occasional moderator, sometimes BOFH. dwright 25 Posted ... Oh dear, and there I was thinking a Czech server must be P2P friendly. Thanks for the informative post! Quote Share this post Link to post

You may use the Czech server for P2P, but quoting from a post from the AirVPN staff a while back, they said something like "as a courtesy, you can use the Netherlands servers, but this is not an obligation by any means" If the NL servers are too far or not viable for other reasons, then you could use other servers instead.
