AirVPN keeps re-connecting every few minutes

Hi,

 

I am using AirVPN on a windows computer and have been having this problem for the past two days. It keeps re-connecting every few minutes - please see the attached log - AirVPN_log.txt.

 

I am not sure what's causing this OpenVPN > [server] Inactivity timeout (--ping-restart), restarting

 

It's been very frustrating two days and would appreciate anyone's help in resolving this.

Apparently, you have several network cards. Windows cannot handle them properly in the case of VPN. So you have to set up DNS servers address manually (to AirVPN ones)
