Georouting not working on iphone

Hi guys. Not sure if this is aplicable but im trying air on my phone.

I asked air to unlock absolute radio to any server. They said they done it

Today i tried to listen on car ride through canada and it was geo blocked.

So opened uk server and it worked

So does double hop work with openvpn on phones?

I ment i used the canada server but got the geo blocked signal through tunein app
