Really need some help Cannot connect with VPN

I have had this problem for 3-5 days now, and while the support has tried a few things they seem to have given up. The software goes through all tests/Latency checks etc, then tries to connect to the best location. Everything looks great then right before it should finish connection I get a "Not Found" in the log, systems resets and tries again. I have uninstalled all software, reinstalled. Unistalled Realtek Controllers/ reinstalled. I can get on Internet fine using standard IP connection. Really would like to get this fixed. I can post the rest of the log, but this is the final portion where it all goes to crud. The support said they would foward it to the "eddie" developer and that was the last response I have had. Everything was working "okay" and now suddenly this.
